The New House

Thanks to the families generosity, wedding funds and savings we’ve managed to buy a bungalow not far from our previous flat & allotment. We’ve now got a 65ft garden to play with and have gone from a one bed to a four bed! The house is a bit dated, the electrics are suspect, the windows are old and fairly unstable, the garden is like a pond (as well as having one), the car port is imminent risk of collapse and the boiler predates the dinosaurs.

I’ve not gone, though I figure we’re likely to get a letter from the committee saying start sorting out your plot or get out!

My wife is currently weeding and sowing whilst I work on exams, jobs and house buying.

If all goes well, I may get a house and chickens!

Waark.com was a recent idea inspired by hollywood chickens by Terry Pratchett. You can buy a book containing said short story from Amazon.
