Just a note to say how pleased I am with realseeds.co.uk. I ordered about £12 of seeds from them a week or more ago and when they arrived I got everything I asked for. Some of the sweetcorn kernals didn’t look fab, so I sent an enquiry as whether they were supposed to look that way. Rather than question me I got a second set sent totally free of charge. Top marks for excellent customer service, they get five stars!

after getting a fairly poor report this morning from the BBC, I was pleasantly suprised to see the great glowing ball in the sky. it lasted more than five minutes! take that weatherman!

Waark!com is a website chronicling the stuff I'm interested in, what we've done recently and aspirations for the future. It is my long term ambition to move from allotment to back garden (which I currently don't have) and raise chickens. Though I may have decided that ducks may be better now. Perhaps I should re-register as quack.com, but that's already taken :(
